Since I was big enough to reach the mixer, I have been baking yummy treats. Cookies, muffins, pies and cakes kept me busy as I grew. Hobby turned into profession, and skills were honed at Culinary School (SCCC). I have been baking professionally since 2005 and my specialty is custom designed wedding and special event cakes.
